*Youth class payments are paid in 2 month installments.

4 1/2 to 6 yrs.
$10 per class
*All youth 7 to 13 yrs.

Adult (14yrs & above)
Escrima Program
$80 per month
Adult Tai Chi / Stretching Classes
$10 per class
Belt Tests and Uniforms
Student is responsible for purchasing Light weight-white karate uniform with white belt.
There is no charge for any belt rank below brown belt
Student is responsible for acquiring belt to be presented in class.
Private Lessons in Escrima, Tai Chi, Whip or Self -Defense
$50 per hour
$30 per half hour
Payment and Attendance Policy:
Payment for group classes is due on or before the 10th of the month.
7 to 13yrs. classes are paid for 2 months at a time ( regardless of classes attended or vacation or sport breaks). No cards, Venmo or PayPal. CASH or CHECK ONLY.
Students taking a month or more off will be required to pay a $40 per month fee to guarantee student has a place held for them

There is No prorating of classes
If school is closed for other than regular holidays etc. Make up classes will be available.
Students that take summer off are required to pay a $40 fee to hold students place.
Students with unpaid or partial tuition will not be allowed to participate in classes.
Safety and waiver
Any use of skills or any other form of violence towards others both inside and outside of the studio or any behavior an instructor feels is inappropriate or unsafe is grounds for immediate removal from Bayside Martial Arts.
The student assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown which may accrue as a result of participating in any class at Bayside Martial
The student also release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Randal Bodlak, Bayside Martial Arts, the owner of the location or any other instructor for injury however severe caused by their actions.

By signing the information card provided I will agree to the above conditions.
